Daniel Joseph Ramirez of Lenexa, Kansas passed away at Research Hospital on November 28, 2020. He was born on Aug. 14, 1943 in K.C., Kansas to Jose and Consuelo Ramirez.
Daniel graduated from De La Salle Military Academy, then joined the U.S. Airforce in March of 1962 and proudly served until honorably discharged in February 1966.
He is survived by his wife, Linda V. Ramirez, of 40 years and two sons, Robert Scott and James Patrick Kline; Sisters Antonia Erichson, Amelia Guzman and Eleanor Arroyo; Brothers Joseph and Raymon Ramirez. He was preceded in death by brothers Gags, Pal and Henry Ramirez.
Dan enjoyed traveling, and having fun running his dogs in the sport of agility. He placed his Yorkie, Snickers in Denver, Colorado’s National Agility Championship.
After 30 years working for General Mills, Dan retired as a warehouse manager. He then worked for United Way and his last job was at Home Depot.
